Why am I the one to support you?

Hi, I'm Sophie.

Before a few weeks away this summer I told my 1:1 clients to post anything they wanted me to look at, because I wouldn't be checking Slack & they wouldn't be disturbing me. I'm a scaling strategist & Meta ads strategist for impatiently ambitious women, I've made over £500k in the last 2 years from an audience of under 10k, I've supported 500+ clients, & I'm a mum of two who runs my business around my girls & my own ADHD.

So let's talk about it right now. I can't promise a return, & nobody honest can (it's the same with any course or training). What I can tell you is where the work goes: pricing, contracts & how clients pay, which are the things that stop months starting from zero. It's what most of one client's 6 months were about, & when a friend asked her whether working with me had been worth it, she had that friend look at her bank statement for the last six months.

How much time do I need?

A fortnightly call of about an hour with no agenda to prepare, the strategy day, & whatever's on your action list that week. The first thing on that list is usually something to stop, so the aim is that you end up with more time, not less.

What do I need to access this?

Zoom for the calls & Slack for in between.

How long does it last?

6 months. That's fortnightly calls, Slack from Tuesday to Thursday & my frameworks & templates for the whole 6 months. I'm not on Slack on a Monday or a Friday, because that's how I run my own week.

Will this work for my kind of business?

It works on the stage your business is at, whatever the industry. I've worked 1:1 with an ads agency owner & a coaching business with self-paced courses, & the thing they had in common is that the business worked & it all still ran through them.

Is there a refund policy?

There's no guarantee. Your terms are in the agreement I send after our call, so you'll see them before you commit to anything.

Why £12,000 + VAT, & can I pay monthly?

It's me, 1:1, for 6 months, & I only take on 3 or 4 women at a time, so anything with my time has to be priced higher. You can pay £12,000 + VAT in full or £2,000 + VAT a month for 6 months (the total is the same).

I've already got a team. Will this still help?

Yes. We write each role around the outcome it owns & hand over the decisions that keep coming back to you.

What happens once I apply?

You apply, we have a call, & if it feels right for both of us you get your welcome handbook, your Slack set up & your fortnightly calls booked. Nicola, who looks after the operations side of my clients, will be in touch to arrange your strategy day.
